Managed a team budget of over $1,000,000 to ensure expenditures were according to plan. Reviewed and prioritized enhancement and project requests from the Materials Management area of the business as well as managed the team support queue to ensure tickets were resolved in a timely manner. I managed a team of 8 developers and analysts as well as performed configuration and development tasks. In addition, I gathered the requirements and designed the implementation.• Led the successful implementation of Sales and Logistics functionality at a new acquisition in Italy. I was responsible for gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, solution design, project planning, and managing 4 analysts on the project.• Key member of the project to implement SAP’s Railcar Tracking system (SCM-RCX). I was responsible for configuration and developing customizations.• Led the implementation of On-site Event Management (SCM-OSEM) at multiple production facilities. I completed the configuration as well as designed code customizations. • Built a custom solution in SAP to replace a complex offline process that provided users critical information for loading ammonia railcars resulting in a more efficient and secure solution. • Implemented SAP’s Railcar Detention functionality. I was responsible for all areas of the rollout including requirements gathering, planning, configuration, development, training, and post go-live support. The successful deployment of this functionality allowed the company to recover an average of over $750,000 per year in demurrage and optimize their railcar fleet.• Implemented SAP Customer Consignment functionality that resulted in better service for the marketing group and cost savings for the IT department.• Key member of project team that implemented SAP CRM for activity and opportunity tracking
