PolyMedica was acquired by Medco Health Solutions (MHS) in August, 2007. My role was transitioned to managing the Salem facility helpdesk and desktop support teams. In this role I was the primary player in domain migrations of workstations and users. I was also transitioned to manage and support the SMS functions for the Salem facility. I am certified in ITIL Service Management and as a Six Sigma Green Belt.

National Diabetic Pharmacies was acquired by PolyMedica Corp. (PLMD) in August, 2005. Although my role changed very little, I was a key player in the merger of all the company's infrastructure. I was introduced to Sarbanes-Oxley and created most of the controls in place for the MIS groups as well as Salem's corporate compliance groups. I was also responsible for creating most of the SOP's to adhere to these new S-OX guidelines. I was also responsible for developing and restructuring the MIS groups to evidence a proper segregation of duties also outlined in the S-OX guidelines.
