Service Delivery Manager at Restorative Solutions North Yorkshire and owner of Tri Restorative a small business venture delivering inputs on many issues that impact on young people such as drugs, knife crime, sexual offences and assaults to name a few. I retired from the police in 2019 after a rewarding and exciting career having worked on Response, Firearms, Neighbourhood, UN Policing and Early Action where I supported those vulnerable members of society in reducing the risks of harm and also entering the criminal justice system. I have delivered presentations in Schools,Colleges and also Prince’s Trust, other Youth Organisations and the Youth Offending Team on topics that impact on our young people and continue to do so on a part time basis. Developing programmes through experience on Conflict Management supporting individuals to address patterns of behaviour and provide skills to enable them to seek alternative solutions.
