- Establish and manage an effective Business Development team.- Engage target clients and obtain business requirements- Develop proposals, presentations, and other pursuit materials.- Maintenance of Documentation and client database.- Prioritize projects to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assignments.- Work closely with staffs to develop proposal responses and targeted messages that convey a customized approach to all business pursuits.- Attend and actively contribute to strategy, status, and follow-up meetings on the development- Respond to RFPs, scrutinize RFP’s and working on making structured proposals in liaison with the Core Technical Team- Guiding Developers and Designer with the requirements- Managing Office- Allocating work to staff- Guiding BD staff- Communicating with the clients- Updating regularly to the client- Managing projects- Making Scope of work- Gathering Requirements- Analysing Requirements
