About Dave Pearson

Dave Pearson joined SYKES as Vice President of Engineering in 1997 directing research and product development of leading edge support systems and defining SYKES’ web-based support strategy. In 2000, Dave was named Vice President, Technology Systems Management, managing Global Information Systems and IT Operations for EMEA and APAC regions. In this capacity, Dave oversaw such areas as IT planning and standards, information systems, security, data centers and SYKES Network Operations Center. In 2004, Dave was named Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. His latest appointment speaks to his 25 years of experience in technical and business management, as well as his vision, leadership and execution within rapidly evolving technology-enabled markets. Prior to his career with SYKES, Dave held engineering and management positions with such companies as Compaq Computer Corp. and Texas Instruments, Inc. Dave holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
