Dave attended the University of Manitoba where he studied Geography and History. After working for the Federal Government and a major railway organization, Dave ran a franchise hardware store for 8 years in rural Manitoba, before returning to Winnipeg to begin his career in the automotive field, where was working with major distributors and specialty stores. Working in the automotive industry allowed Dave to expand his knowledge in business development, achieving several prestigious national quality awards. From there, Dave continued his career in Sales, Business Development and Recruitment with various companies here in Winnipeg. ​Dave spent some time working doing driver recruitment for a professional truck driving school, in order to help fill many trucking jobs in a highly competitive and demanding industry. After that, Dave continued to work in sales, business development and consulting roles. Dave has also served on advisory councils, coached baseball teams, and held positions on the board of directors for two curling clubs. Dave's goal is to help find great positions for Westrow Recruiting Solutions' candidates and help Westrow Recruiting Solutions' clients find great candidates.
