• Recruit and hire collection specialists.• Train and develop team members.• Enforce FDCPA, TCPA and UDAAP regulations as well as company policy, practices and procedures.• Review calls (live and recorded) made by collectors for compliance issues as well as opportunities to refine their negotiation skills.• Compile data and produce reports (daily, weekly and monthly).• Hold weekly team meetings to ensure the free flow of information, ideas and concerns in both directions, encouraging the team to “think outside the box”.• Track attendance of my team members.• Meet weekly (more frequently if necessary) with each team member individually to motivate, encourage and develop their skills.• Take disciplinary actions when necessary, including termination
