Managed and prioritized key business activities including corporate structure and process development for KBR’s Canadian Operations, reporting directly to the Canadian Senior Vice-President and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) located in Houston, TX. Responsible for the Management and coordination of multi-discipline project execution strategies and plans, oversight on detailed estimate preparation, validation and benchmarking of plans and estimates, with securing of Canadian Corporate and ELT / Oversight approvals.Ensured successful transition from Business Development to Operations, including development of a standardized project set-up and turn-over process that included the set-up of necessary Project Control, HSE, QA/QC, and Finance project set-ups, systems and procedures, including close liaison with both Canadian Human Resource for project staffing and Corporate International Human Resource Departments for Ex-Patriot Assignments.

Managed and coordinated engineering and /or field construction activities for the majority of the company’s projects. Managed and completed development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures for Engineering, HSE, WSIB, incident investigation, and Field Services. Managed the successful integration of new software systems, procedures and structures into departmental activities and projects. Development and delivery of HSE training courses to both Engineering and Field Service personnel. Oversight and management of Ontario Ministry of Environment, “Certificate of Authorization” applications for both Fiset Industrial and KBR Wabi Ltd. (formerly Wabi Development Corp.) fabrication facilities.Mechanical and process design as well as project management, engineering, design, quality assurance and supervisory services for a variety of projects to customers in various industries.
