Over 30 years of Mechanical and Electrical experience that includes; sales, design, engineering, marketing, and management skills in multi-million dollar projects. Dave retired for 9 years, but missed the relationships and challenges of the industry and the social interaction of the work relationships. Dave has designed and implemented med and low temp refrigeration systems along with commercial HVAC systems. He has also designed infrared heating systems (both tube heating and high intensity heating systems) along with numerous commercial air and industrial air moving systems. Dave works with low and med voltage motors, standby power generation systems to includes paralleled systems (multiple bus) and mission critical apps, low and med voltage variable frequency drives from ¼ hp to 120,000 hp, and power quality. Projects Dave has worked on are L.A Hostess, General Dynamics, Wonder Bread, Golden States Foods, American Fiber Optics, Lockheed Martin, Northrup N.A., McDonald Douglas, Hyperion WWTP, Warner Brothers Studios, Disney Studios, L- 3 Communications, University of Utah Data Center, EBAY Call Center, C-7 Data Center, Melaleuca Data Center, Living Planet Aquarium. Dave is the founding Division Manager of the Project Management Group which operates in UT, CO, ID, WY, NV, and CA. The Project Management Group handles Major Projects, Project Management & Bid Spec. The main focus is in Standby Generation, Variable Frequency Drives from ¼ hp to 120,000 hp, Motors, Power Quality. Served on the State of Utah Industrial Sub-Committee for Energy and was most recently awarded Generac's 2013 & 2016 Highest MPS Sales Achievement Award and Million $ Club (still member.)Dave has served in the US Army Special Forces and holds degrees in Mechanical Energy Engineering and is a Certified Energy Auditor. He has completed special financial educational courses from the Chicago Board of Options Exchange and has the equivalent of a Master’s in Finance and Trading Options.
