In addition to my CV I’d like to mention that I am a devoted gamer, having come back to video games two years ago after years of not having a console. Since then I’ve devoured computer games both old and new. I also have for the last year or so really gotten into watching actual play DnD, beginning with Critical Role and now also into Dimension 20 and widening that interest even further. I think I have a good understanding of TTRPG though whilst I own dice and am intending to play some in real life, I have yet to actually play any. I’ve always been interested in interactive writing and experiences and am currently incredibly interested in finding pathways into using my writing and creative skills in both a computer game and DnD context.Recent stories: The Podgoblin’s Hat: a podcast about The MoominsMental Goblins: a comic book collaboration with Tony PickeringProducer/creator: Down to a sunless sea: memories of my dadProducer for Race Reflections AT WORK with Guilaine KinouaniProducer for The Breakup Monologues with Rosie WilbyProducer for The Restart Project PodcastProducer for Made of Human / Who Hurt You? with Sofie HagenProducer: Farmerama Radio: Who Feeds Us? Producer And Writer: Ministry Of StoriesBbc Jun 2011 - Dec 2012In December 2012, CBeebies Radio launched Ministry of Stories. The premise of the series was to convince the Chief of the Ministry (voiced by BBC Radio 4's Woman’s Hour presenter Jenni Murray) that children can create fantastic stories.Children from Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Islington primary schools, helped by Two, The Chief’s trusty aide, worked hard to produce and perform a wonderful new story worthy of the Chief’s stamp of approval. The series is aimed at helping listeners aged 3-6 and their parents explore the magic of storytelling, and the workshops featured in the recordings involved primary school classes attending the Ministry of Stories' regular story making workshops.Produced by Ignite CreativeExecutive Producer: Kary StewartProducer: Matt HillAssistant Producer: Dave PickeringWritten by Dave Pickering and Matt Hill with the help of Ministry of Stories
