I am currently working with this company in the welding equipment accessories business on a consultant basis. My responsibilities include finding new sales opportunities, contact new distributors, and helping manage existing accounts.

I consulted for this company during the latter part of 2009, and joined them full-time in 2010. It is a growing subsidiary of a private German company. They have a significant global presence, but a smaller footprint in the US. We grew sales every year for six years, averaging over 15% annually, with the highest year-over-year was 20%. We hired several very skilled technical managers, revamped the distribution network, developed local manufacturing (outsourced), and obtained orders from the largest US processors of ham and turkey. The US offices are in Cary, N.C.
