CurrentSenior leadership role at the organization, collaboratively driving strategic vision (and the execution and sustaining of that vision) across the WSL Organization: Tours, Studios, Digital, Partnerships, WaveCo, Marketing and Culture. It is a role that emphasizes collaboration, alignment and synthesizing output for application. This directive broadly takes place across three primary responsibilities:1 - Formalizing and overseeing the company’s strategic-planning processes across all parts of the business.2 - Championing integration, focus and quality execution through new working relationships and synergies.3 - Establishing greater transparency and accountability for those carrying out the company’s strategy.Responsibilities and Duties include:- Lead and oversee the collaborative development of strategic vision and planning for the World Surf League: - Tours and Competition with SVP of Tours and Competition. - Studios with EVP of Studios. - Digital/Content with SVP, Editorial. - Partnerships with Chief Revenue Officer. - WaveCo with SVP/GM of WaveCo. - Marketing with Chief Marketing Officer. - Culture with Chief People Officer.- Lead the development, enhancement, integrity and evangelism of the WSL Brand and Brand Strategies.- Develop, maintain and enhance the ombudsman role for the surfing community across tour and non-tour surfers, endemic brands, media, voices and international communities.- Directly manage the WSL Creative Team.- Execute Special Projects as requested:- Executive Producer/Host of The Lineup podcast- Producer on The Ultimate Surfer, Make of Break (Box-to-Box/Apple Series)
