My responsibilities cover all aspects of Information Security and are focused on identifying and reducing risk. These includes:- Building and developing our Information Security function across our European locations- Compliance activities (GDPR & PCI-DSS etc.)- Network & Endpoint security (AV, NDR etc.)- CASB- Vulnerability management- Pentest management- Cyber Security incident response

Leading the 1st and 2nd line support team to deliver great customer service day-to-day by providing technical assistance to our client-focused teams.- Supporting a varied technical estate, including Windows, Android, iOS operating systems for onsite and remote teams- Developing and training the support team- Acting as a go-to-point of escalation - Managing the support desk and ticket escalation- Running and managing projects

Working with Hands at Work Africa - volunteering in their central base in South Africa and regional base in Zambia.
