Contract, Part-Time and/or Remote.Work with dealers and their staffs to:- Review current profitability and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, increased gross profit and expense reduction.- Perform an in-depth review of financial statement(s) including GLs & Schedules to ensure integrity of financial reporting (both internal & external).- Review current processes and procedures to identify out-dated or inefficient methods that can be enhanced for greater efficiency.- Review current risk profile and environment while identifying unnecessary exposure for elimination/reduction.- Other focus areas as requested by Dealer Principal.

Ins. requirements- Titles: Review suspense file / Deal-Flow- HR / Payroll: Review turnover / Supervise or directly handle the resolution of any employee grievance, claim or lawsuit- Billers: Ensure understanding of current incentives / Review Accounting vs Finance logs / Review schedule management (Due Bills, Payoffs, Inventory, Etc.)- Risk Management: Ensure Safe Working Conditions / Asset Reconciliations- Preparation of financial statements for internal and external reporting- Review and resolution of issues with various consumer advocates and regulatory agencies (Attorney General, DMV, Consumer Affairs, BBB, Etc.)
