Employee Housing / Deed Restriction Specialist: While at Cornerstone I continued to be the consistent go-to resource for financing on regional Deed Restricted (affordable housing) properties. Condominiums and HOA's: Lending on condominiums located in a resort market is often very challenging, as the majority of investors are far too quick to declare a project a "condo-hotel", and subsequently ineligible for conventional financing. I conducted thorough investigations of projects and present detailed analysis concluding that projects did in fact meet Agency guidelines and were eligible for conventional loans. Jumbo Lending: While at Cornerstone I successfully closed jumbo loan transactions with average loan amounts of approximately $2M when other lenders said no.
