Working with ExxonMobil at a Commercial Development Plant (CFZ) in Shute Creek Wyoming. Started up analyzers in this new technology plant, maintained analyzers, worked with engineering with design, analyzer choice and installation of modifications to improve plant operations.

Maintain plant analyzer systems including CEMS. Trained a new group of BP technician to prepare them to take over analyzer maintenance in the plant. (5 of 6 experienced technicians had resigned in one year. Assisted in PM procedures and implementation.

After an explosion damaged much of the refinery and most analyzer systems I worked with engineers and Vendors to specify and design several analyzer systems and shelters, coordinated the purchase and installation of new shelters and analyzers, worked with Alon techs to learn maintenance and use on new systems .

Did post installation QA on all new analyzer systems (CEMS, Water treatment and AGI analyzers) checking wiring analyzer to house, analyzer operation and communication. Calibrated and tested analyzer systems. Designed Remote cal logic where needed. Worked with State EPA to certify CEMS systems. Brought all project analyzer systems operational and helped train permanent analyzer techs on operation and maintenance.

I was hired by a US company (Measurementation Inc.) and their Malay Rep (IPSA) to start-up and run a new Process and Lab Analyzer Service Center. Hired and trained Technicians. Did analyzer start-up and repair in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Borneo and Thailand. Organized a training seminar and helped teach part of the seminar promoted to industry managers and technicians around ASEAN. Worked cooperatively and successfully with companies from many varied countries and cultures.
