I am now responsible for postgraduate medical post management across London and the South East, a change in role caused by restructuring within HEE, caused by the 30% reduction in HEE running costs and education support costs brought about so Jeremy Hunt could move more money into the frontline. Until 1st August 2017, I was a Medical & Dental Commissioning Manager in the Multi-Professional Education Commissioning team of Health Education North Central and East London Local Education and Training Board of Health Education England. I had particular responsibilities for Public Health commissioning, budget management, medical & dental post-graduate education commissioned services and quarterly schedules, and stakeholder relationship management, especially managing the handling of queries raised by Lead Providers and Local Education Providers. I have also been training my opposite numbers in Health Education South London and Health Education North West London. I also was involved with Supporting the GP lead employer in North London with data analysis and oversaw a visit programme to all simulation centres in North Central and East London. However, my experience is as a senior manager, combining a motivational people leader, customer and stakeholder relationship manager, technology evaluation and deployment, business leader, and programme manager. 30 years experience of project management. I get teams to deliver innovative high-quality fit-for-purpose solutions to meet the real needs of customers and users. I have proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and programmes in different technical disciplines.
