I manage commercial risk at Frazer-Nash, ensuring commercial arrangements and contract terms are set up to enable us to deliver bids and projects in an acceptable framework and risk profile to meet the needs of our clients, the company, our suppliers and our shareholder. I work to ensure the company's operational approach keeps the golden thread of commercial risk visible, from the bedrock of contract terms and conditions through tender documents to deliverables, encompassing all the interactions with our clients.My role builds on 10 years of business and operations management, and before that over 10 years delivering high value engineering consultancy services and software development for clients across the energy, defence, nuclear and transport sectors.Frazer-Nash provides first class consultancy services to our clients, deploying world class systems engineering and technology expertise to solve their most difficult challenges.
