CMCS International is a small organisation that specialises in automatic structural monitoring. Those structures can be building's, tunnels, bridges, dams, jetties, either existing or newly built. The detection and recording of movement, strain, load and vibration allows decisions to be made regarding future work and safety at that site . Using various techniques, the data is collated locally and analysed remotely using specialised software. The company has been in existence for over 20 years and has monitored structures all over the world including many famous buildings such as the leaning tower of Pisa.

My role is to look after the UK element of the Global services portfolio, in the Network services area. This means ensuring all new portfolio additions are brought to market in such a fashion that all critical elements are coverd100%. Cheifly this means ensuring sales have bought into a target, we are able to deliver against SLA's and that the correct level of sales enablement has been carried out, in order to demonstrate sales success. The other part of the role involves ensuring that as part of the product withdrawl process we migrate customers as painlessly and profitably as possible

I am currently responsible for the creation and sales alignment of value propositions into the blue chip UK customer base, mainly recently Public Sector.
