I am a highly experienced sports medicine and performance leader with a background in physiotherapy, sports science and research within the specialism of elite sport.I have developed, led and sustained the strategic direction of medical and sports science teams ensuring maximum player availability through innovative injury prevention and rehabilitation for over 23 years in the English Premier League and English Football League. I am passionate about developing others through coaching and mentorship. My approach ensures embedding evidence and using data informed innovation and research to create a strong team identity which promotes autonomy and collective responsibility and accountability.
