Ran multipleExperiments - including for PI planning which moved towards becoming part of the team planning cycles

Scrum Master for a team delivering to SAFe methodology. Specialised in experiments, PI Planning representation and increasing visibility for stakeholders

Scrum Master for 2 teams across onshore and offshore. Facilitated all ceremonies, managed budgets, and dependencies across the programme as part of the Scrum of Scrums. Also key part of the PI Planning process. Migrated the whole user base of the mobile suite of apps over to GCP, with a low to non-existent incident rate.

Brought in to implement release management policies and procedures across the group. Implemented as part of a move towards agile in a SAFe environment. Key part of the working group developing and implementing a TOM to move to an Agile organisation

Line management responsibility for Release Management team to ensure process enhancements are progressed, all code releases are fully resourced, forecast future workloads and address any risks contained within any of these activities.
