Prototype Build Engineer at Stellantis, Working as a member of the BIW engineering team, focusing on leading prototype/mule builds for the body in white team. In this role, I am responsible for leading programs as the BIW engineer, this entails ordering parts, working with design team to create bridge parts for mule builds, creating rework documents for the shops reworking the body, and being a lead for discussion on fixing issues that arise once the body reaches the TCF shop to be built. I also manage the build schedule for all approved builds going on at Stellantis headquarters and coordinate rework through required shops. This allows me to be more involved in builds than just from the BIW role and allows me to work with metal/paint/tcf shops to determine how to schedule builds while maximizing space available and best timing.

Process Engineering Intern at Faurecia Interior Systems. Working as a member of the engineering team, focusing on instrument panel systems and improving a program during its serial life.In this position, I have gained experience the working inside of an engineering plant. This has taught me many skills from serving a major role in a program launch to working as an operator. All while expanding my knowledge on injection molding, quality engineering, standardized work, plastic welding, airbag weakening techniques, 3d printing, and work station improvement. In addition to work station improvement, I have been able to create poka yokes that have prevented previous quality concerns from occurring again and improvement ideas that have won improvement idea of the month in Fraser Faurecia, as well as all Faurecia Plants across the United States in the month of December 2018.The knowledge i have gained from this position has allowed me to lead innovation and create quality checks to solve problems from occurring within our program.
