Provided capture management for work within the skilled trades industry supporting ship building on the eastern seaboard and gulf coast of the United States.Authored unsolicited proposal resulting in a contract for 300 tradesmen supporting ship building operations.

Focused attention to operational efficiencies. Established daily production standards. Created computer program to track daily production requirements, distribution requirements, and coordinate peak work periods through innovative scheduling and production line modifications.Established government account to provide re-bar to government construction sites within a 200 mile radius of Jacksonville, FL.
