Reporting directly to Head of Operations, I am currently driving operational excellence and compliance across 17 sites across the entire West of the UK from Southampton to Inverness, with a revenue budget of £17M, 40 accounts and 95+ daily routes I oversee a 70% subcontracted workforce and maintain operating costs for fleet labour and trunking of £13.5M I am known for my strong morals and values, determination to deliver the best customer experience , people relationship management skills and maintain trusting productive relationships with the Top 10 accounts, generating 90% of overall revenue . I also ensure all depots meet P&L expectations, support recruitment and training, new customer on-boarding and H&S/transport compliance, and first point of contact for all customer related escalations within the 2-Man Call Centre.I have a can do attitude and believe that people and their development are our greatest asset and very much a team player.

Reporting directly to the Logistics Director, I held 4 direct reports and led operations across 32 sites across the UK, with a customer revenue base of £15M annually, ensuring achievement of budgeted costs, service and quality standards. I oversaw effective management of the 2 Man product throughout the depots, hub and customer service teams and developed and managed commercial relationships with customers and suppliers, maintaining service and product processes to deliver above expectations on customer service. I was heavily involved in the 2 Man re-structure project in early 2018 where we: » Delivered a £500k reduction in cost base across customer services, on road fleet vehicles and trunking » Reduced operational platform from 32 sites to 27 whilst maintaining service levels of 95% » Introduced 24hr service across 85% UK and 2hr delivery window, improved KPI from 68% to 89% in 2 months» Revamped 2 Man SOPs and KPI reports
