Head of Operations

Operations Director:I am the department head with overall responsibility for the delivery of all projects in sectors such as Food and Beverage, Hotels, Shopping Malls, Commercial and Retail. I report directly to the Managing Director.Overseeing the construction, procurement, design processes, managing and directing a team of 85 staff including management and direct labour.With excellent knowledge of Microsoft project I produce the programs for all project tenders and Write, Manage or Advise on the detailed construction programs.I complete all of the technical responses to RFP’s for all tendered projects.Responsible for all Health and Safety matters working with the HSE manager to develop and improve systems and procedures and assist the HSE advisor in developing the skills of the team ensuring that all sites are kept in a safe working environment.As a member of the Senior Management Team I have an input in strategizing company goals, policies and procedures, Business development and future resource and planning.A good focus on client management and relationship building with project Management Company’s and consultants within the region to enhance the company’s reputation in order to become one of the leading contractors.

Responsible for Assisting the Operations Manager in delivery of all projects whilst running the more detailed and intricate projects.Program, Planning and methodology implementations.
