My professional career in the kitchen and bath industry has given me many opportunities to increase in knowledge and skill. I started my career in construction and working in a factory making cabinets. While continuing with the construction I also worked as both a teacher and a kitchen and bath designer. In the kitchen and bath industry I advanced to showroom manager of both retail showrooms where I designed and won awards for showroom displays. After having earned my CKD, I started my own company specializing in both kitchen and bath design and sales as well as designing new homes and creating remodeling plans. My company would design and sell all products associated with the kitchen and bath industry along with project management and installation of sold projects. I used my experience in owning a retail kitchen and bath company and as a designer when taking a job as a sales representative for Wood-Mode cabinetry. I used my knowledge base and teaching experience to help train and support designers and showrooms in our territory. With ECA I continued this type of team approach that helps designers and dealerships be successful with their projects and day to day business.
