Attaining a strong background in food safety accomplished during a 21-year career in the US Army, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role and to our growing client base. These experiences not only ignited my love for travel and meeting new people from different cultures but also showed me how food truly brings people together, and the importance of it being done safely.As a food safety consultant, for several decades, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with prestigious organizations such as Starr Restaurant Organization, Bon Appetit, Aramark, Universities (e.g. UPenn, Georgetown, Pittsburgh, John Hopkins, etc.), Dorchester Hotel Groups, events (Superbowl LVII, DNC & RNC Conferences), and many others. Priviledged to have played a critical role in implementing robust food safety measures and ensuring regulatory compliance. As CEO, I'm dedicated to delivering exceptional on-time results, not just for our business, but for the businesses we support across the US. My strategic leadership empowers our continuous growth and this is only possible due to the incredible people I have been able to lead and learn from along the way.
