Led squadron to numerous accolades including top training squadron in the wing, top T-1 SUPT squadron in the Air Force.

Managed and oversaw the creation of Vance AFB’s Historical Airpark; $750M contract, acquired T-37, AT-38, A-10, F-16, and F-15 to augment the historical training aircraft already in the base’s inventory. New location allows for clear access by the local community and provides significant growth for future acquisitions. Led the implementation of ground-breaking initiatives including Mental Performance Training and Cross-Cultural Training for airmen. Assisted wing commander throughout historic work stoppage by base union members.

Director of Vance AFB’s Open House and Air Show; single largest event in NW Oklahoma in over 100 years. Managed and led all base agencies in coordinating with over 13 squadrons, 35 organizations from across North America, and representative from every branch of service. Implemented numerous cost-saving measures, producing a phenomenal display and flying demonstration of $3.21B worth of military and civilian aircraft for over 40,000 people, nearly 10% under budget

As the executive officer for HQ Air Combat Command, handled over 1000 higher headquarter taskings, deftly coordinated F-22 and F-35 beddowns, Base Realignment and Closure actions, Total Force Integration initiatives, and the combat air forces Strategic Master Plan. Expertly managed diverse taskings to support development of Air Combat Command’s $30B Fiscal Year 2008 Program Objective Memorandum (budget) and the command’s $50B program submission for global war on terrorism funding. As Chief, A5 Ground Dominance section, managed all planning and programming actions for the combat air forces' bomber fleet and air to ground weapons.

Developed the region’s first Standardization and Evaluation office to oversee and managed all aspects of flying, training, and combat mission effectiveness for Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM.Ellsworth AFB, SD (2000-2004):-- Completely re-organized, focused, and led the squadron to an “Outstanding” rating just 5 months later; a feat not accomplished in 8th Air Force (higher headquarters staff) in nearly 20 years. Led the squadron through numerous deployments as squadron operations officer and wing Stan Eval.

Holloman Afb, Nm

Sole individual responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing the security plan for all Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) associated with the transition of the F-117A out of the black world to Holloman AFB. This included over 100 personnel with TS/SCI clearances, the administrative aspects of the associated TS/SCI billets/positions, the construction, certification, and ongoing security of 2 permanent and 2 mobile SCI-approved facilities, and the stand-up of a brand new Special Security Office to manage all of it. Deployed to Southwest Asia in support of Operation Southern Watch.
