Responsible for Distribution & Logistics Operations globally including day-to-day operations and longer term strategic planning. Member of the Leadership Team reporting to the CFO.

Member of the Executive Leadership Committee for Apparel & General Merchandise. (Previously VICS Board of Directors.) Currently service as Executive Liaison for "Multi-Channel Ready Merchandise" Initiative - the next generation of "Floor-Ready Merchandise".

Global responsibility for leading Supply Chain initiatives across all business channels that have a meaningful impact on Strategic Capabilities, Capacity, Service, and/or Cost. Examples include consolidation of multiple operations in Japan into a single 3PL-operated site using common systems; launch of 3PL operations in Hong Kong to service China & SE Asia; internal launch of operations previously operated by partners and licensees including Chaps Menswear (with 3PL), RalphLauren.com (internal), Polo Jeans Company (internal), and others. Currently leading supply chain aspects of RFID piloting with key retail partner, FTZ deployment with a 3PL partner, and design/development/deployment of a "channel agnostic" apparel distribution facility.

Rose from Staff Consultant to Vice President & Regional/National Service Director in Europe and the USA, respectively. Responsibilities included scoping, selling, and delivering transformative projects including Operational Strategy, Operational Design & Start Up, and Performance Improvement across the breadth of the Supply Chain including Merchandise Management, Product Development, Distribution & Logistics, and Store Operations. Also responsible for personnel recruiting, retention, and development as well as overall project quality.
