I am a self-motivated, accomplished and dynamic manager with over 24 years experience, predominantly in environmental consultancy specialising in contaminated land and remediation for regeneration projects. Over the last 8+ years, I've been the Managing Director of Turnkey Regeneration Ltd, who oversee services for a number of clients and schemes. Previously I led the London & south-east based team of professionals for 8 years delivering challenging technical projects to a range of clients with a large multi-national/multi-disciplinary consultancy. During my career I have proven my ability to implement strategy whilst managing organisational change. My communication skills have enabled me to operate at executive level and deliver a high standard of both client and staff management. I have a thorough understanding of project management principles and have a successful track record in achieving set goals.
