CurrentCFO for Southern California Operations encompassing the Jet Products and Ketema Operations ($177m revenue in 2019, $72m revenue in 2022). Repositioned into this role to provide expertise to stabilize the business and ready it for growth after right-sizing in the recent downturn. Reporting to the Operation CEO, and working with a team of 15 Finance and IT personnel across the 2 sites. Priorities are to support the realization of synergies between the operations, establishing a common ERP platform, standardized reporting and common internal controls. Actively involved in Working Capital management, daily commercial issues and development of strategic decisions and forward trading projections. Originally recruited to Senior in 2003 as CFO for Jet Products ($30m revenue), moved to Ketema ($65m revenue) in 2005, and then to Aerospace Structures Division ($600m revenue) in 2007. Led all financial management across a division of collaborative global operations, managing a team of 8, including 7 Plant CFOs and a Financial Analyst. I reported to and worked closely with the Division CEO as a strategic business partner. ◼️ Supported Aerospace Structures growth to annual revenues of c.$600m through acquisitions and organic growth, doubling in size since mid-2009.◼️ Directly involved with >$225m of capital investment over past decade.◼️ Secured 8-year contract with Boeing as single source of 737MAX wing ribs.◼️ Undertook financial management of insurance claim after devastating manufacturing site fire in 2014. ◼️ Supported Aerospace Structures to reduce working capital by >25% since 2010.◼️ Consolidated Capo Industries site into Ketema facility; carried out financial modeling, transition of Accounting and Admin functions, and measured and reported consolidation costs.◼️ Reduced total worker’s compensation claim value in 2-years at Jet Products by undertaking claim management, supporting enhancement of safety strategies, cost budgeting, and reporting.
