Work included feasibility analyses, cost estimates and implementation strategies for major storage and conveyance projects. Activities include negotiating agreements for program approval, cost allocation, and repayment; providing liaison among the various participant DWR divisions and the State Water Contractors throughout the life of the program, which includes setting, leading and participating in negotiations and discussions between DWR and the client State Water Contractor(s); developing and implementing improvements to support Program Managers in the initiation and management of SWP funded programs.
