Instrumental in growing revenues to over $15 million in 3 years. Instituted and maintained training program for sales and service of systems to 30+ preferred providers on a national platform.

Started company in the beginning of 2001. Specialized in providing custom retail security products, services and programs . Grew the business to a team of 10 employees, 25 subcontractor relationships and $5 million in revenue at its height. Sold to Telemetry (Certicom Security) in 2006.

Started a company named after my children Madison and Shane. Unfortunately, I made the usual "new business" mistakes and hired the wrong operations team and partnered with the wrong people. Got killed trying to do the "right thing" and it nearly ruined me. Once I got away from the wrong people and paid off the wrong partners I was able to hire a new team and start fresh! Although my attorney recommended bankruptcy I was able to fight through without giving up. Thinking back it was a VERY tough time but I'm glad I went through it. I learned alot! It ended up costing me an extra $400k+ without the bankrupcty though. Ouch! As a great writer once wrote, "Fight one more round! For he that always fights one more round is never beat..."
