• Takes care of all laboratory equipment, materials and supplies; and keeps necessary files thereof and their utilization.• Makes an inventory of laboratory facilities and equipment at the end of the school year and provides a copy o said inventory to the superiors;• Helps the teacher prepare supplies and equipment for experiments and assists in supervision upon requests of teachers for the successful completion of said experiments;• Develops or helps develop teaching aids and kits;• Keeps the laboratories, equipment, facilities and stockrooms neat, clean and orderly at all times;• Issues supplies and equipment to teachers and students, and monitors return of such in good condition;• Recommends periodically to the superiors the payments for breakages and damages caused or made by the students or teachers on laboratory equipment and facilities.• Substitutes an absent laboratory teacher;• Does all clerical works, makes and follows up requisitions, and makes periodic inventory of all laboratory equipment and materials;• Supervises, follows up, assigns the scope and schedule of work of student assistants in laboratories; and their work in case of their absence;• Attends all meetings, conferences, retreats, recollection and other social activities organized by the school administration to build a strong and unified Paulinian Educative Community;• Performs other duties, tasks and functions assigned from time to time by the superiors.
