Presence Developmental Services is a health services company that plans to offer clinical social work services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families starting in the fall of 2018. In early 2019 Psychology and Physical Therapy services will also be added. Later in 2019, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services will be developed.

Collaboratively established need, developed services, and operationalized state funded Article 16 clinic to serve developmentally disabled persons in four county area. (Served 600 persons) Expanded clinic services to Cayuga County as part of merger between Seneca and Cayuga ARCs. Envisioned and implemented psychiatric services model to treat developmentally disabled in persons served by our agency. Developed clinic satellite at Ontario ARC in Canandaigua, NY. Oversaw agency nursingStarted Early Intervention and preschool program called Early Steps to serve 50-60 children annually. Facilitated and operationalized Intensive Behavior Services to serve 50 behaviorally challenged individuals served by Arc Seneca Cayuga ARC programs. Implemented electronic input of clinical notes and tracking of services data to facilitate services management, quality assurance and provider productivity. Established internal audit system to insure Medicaid clinic billing meets all regulatory requirements prior to request for payment. Led Advisory Leadership Team to initiate team approaches and procedures within agency. Implemented team process model to respond to staff issues derived from annual staff survey. Implemented agency investigator process to insure critical incidents are professionally managed and resolved.
