When I started developing real estate in 1997 I turned a dilapidated 3BR house in Atlanta into a 5BR multi-unit that I rented by the bedroom for 16 years. Over the past 24 years, I've built a team to complete 50+ Seattle building redevelopments, honing our expertise in the construction trades, property management, construction financing, city permitting and everything else involved in managing a portfolio of 650 units in Seattle. Since 2014 we’ve developed an expertise in micro apartments and now operate one of the largest micro unit portfolios in the US across 9 buildings on Capitol Hill & First Hill in Seattle.As a multi-family syndicator and operator, I specialize in value generation and cash-flow opportunity recognition in the new construction and redevelopment of MF and mixed-use properties in Seattle’s core neighborhoods. I have intimate knowledge of the construction trades and acted as my own General Contractor for 15 years. I've also conducted real estate market analysis in 50+ US markets and more than five countries.
