My own life's journey has progressed from helping those in trouble with the law to address changes they needed to make in their life in order to stay out of trouble, to helping children achieve in their lives, to helping individuals achieve wellness in mind, body and spirit. Prior to and after completing my masters degree in counseling psychology I worked with adults, teens, and families as a probation officer, residential treatment and family services. Along the way I also became a Registered Clinical Social Worker. Throughout my career I have been fascinated by what people do what they do and why they don't do many of the things they want to do. So I have continued to learn as much as I can about our human experience, and about what multidisciplinary research has confirmed scientifically. My presepective and style have been shaped by the combined influences of eastern and western psychology, wellness and spiritual practices, mindfulness, the mind-body connection, and my life experiences. I holistically integrate the knowledge I have gained into the counseling/executive coaching I provide, as I support you in achieving your own goals for life, career, relationships and well-being.
