Dave Siegel Consulting was founded in 2014 by Dave Siegel with the goal of providing the highest-quality technology services to the Healthcare Payer industry, especially users of the TriZetto® Facets® product suite. Specializing in developing custom solutions that leverage the Facets FXI/Open Access toolset, Dave Siegel Consulting ultimately seeks to enable their clients to take advantage of the full power and flexibility of the Facets platform. To update an old saying, we'll design and build a fish for you if that's what you need, but we'd much rather teach you to design and build your own fish.

Managed a team of consultants/software architects within TriZetto's Systems Integration practice. Developed and implement new service lines. Provided technical oversight to multiple projects. Developed proposals and sold team’s services to CIO/CTO-level customers. Represented the Architecture and Technology Integration team at conferences. Supported Sale and Assessment teams. Designed and developed applications that leverage the TriZetto Facets FXI toolset. Designed and delivered training programs to client's technical resources as well as internal resources. Mentored junior and mid-level consultants.

Maintained and enhanced the Profit and Loss Management Reporting System, a three-tier client/server P&L tracking/reporting system written in C++ using the Motif widget set, Rogue Wave class libraries and Sybase Open Client and Open Server libraries. Provided support and training to users, including traders, trade support personnel and members of Salomon Smith Barney’s management team. Developed and executed the plan for ensuring Y2K compliance. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing back-end performance. Achieved a 200% performance increase in long-running drilldown queries through stored procedure optimization and database server configuration.
