Key roles and Responsibilities• Involved in the implementation of EWM, at the Lisner’s Raw Material Warehouse in Poznan, Poland.• Implementation of EWM as part of the Muller Yogurt and Desserts’ £50 million PL500 investment project at Telford.• Implementation of MM module for raw materials warehouse, following Dairy Crest acquisition at Severnside site for dairy milk manufacturing.• Introduction of Positive Goods Issue (PGI) consumptions to enable a saving in excess of £250,000 per annum on packing components, and £150,000 per annum of dairy products. Plus, additional benefits of improved stock holding and increased traceability.• Migration of WM module from existing NÖM Dairy SAP system into Muller SAP system followed £25m takeover, including development of new SAP software for WM module on handheld RF devices, alongside external IGH Infotech consultants.• Maintenance of three existing WMS systems across Market Drayton and Minsterley, and Culina Businesses.• Providing warehousing 1st & 2nd Line support to the Polish & UK business units, including liaising with external DAI and Dematic consultants, and interfaces to the process control system ProLeit.• Development of SOPs, Process Flows, Presentations and general Training documentation, including trouble-shooting Knowledge Articles within 4me to allow end users to resolve issues before contacting the help desk.• Incident Management and Resolution using 4me software, including development of warehouse dashboards to show open & resolved tickets, and Knowledge Article usage.• Ongoing development of automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify to reduce effort during test cycles.• Started to develop training documents within SAP Enable Now.
