Successfully resolved SEC investigation and shareholder class and derivative litigation with recoveries obtained through settlements with former auditors and company executives responsible for fraudulent activity.Negotiated settlement of Harley-Davidson's planned termination of apparel license - which had accounted for 89% of company's annual revenues, extending license termination date with H-D agreement to reduce royalty fee by 67% during extended period of license.

Varied practice, including banking, personal injury, marital dissolution and anti-trust, with emphasis in securities fraud investigations and litigation.Retained to advise Portland General Corp. on fraudulent activities and financials of acquisition target, Bonneville Pacific Corp., resulting in Portland General's termination of acquisition and initiation of litigation to recover acquisition payments made to date. Thereafter, Portland General decided to play it safe and agreed to be acquired by - of all companies - Enron.Obtained multi-million dollar recovery for regional state bank through novel theory of insurance coverage which avoided impending takeover by state banking authority. Coverage proceeds enabled bank to regain compliance with capital requirements, settle outstanding litigation, report record earnings and sell bank at premium valuation.
