With two engineers reporting to me, I was responsible for short term programming and management of the works and subcontractors. From take off and ordering of materials, to managing subcontractors and RAMS I was overseeing delivery of all elements of work which included major STATS diversions, drainage, kerbs, fencing, lighting installation and surfacing. A new temporary access installed from the motorway.
