I am currently responsible for a varied set of teams within the business including Customer Care, Warehousing & Logistics, Graphic Design, IT, QC and Purchasing.I work with a committed and talented team that are as passionate about all aspects of continuous improvement as I am.During my time in this role I have overseen major role outs of the Netsuite CRM system, outsourcing our warehouse to a third party provider and integration of a number of new teams with differing skill sets.We have doubled our turnover in this time without increasing our stock-holding, whilst improving our On Time in Full (OTIF) rating to our customers from below 80% to over 97% with consistently high customer feedback scores from our regular surveys.I am still heavily involved in the Purchasing and Inventory Control for Eastpoint. Inventory control is a particular interest and has been a big focus for us in the last four years to bring stock levels down to a far more consistent level.

Responsible for inventory control and supplier relationships.

I worked in the Sales team for a number of years with the specific aim of developing customer relationship and helping the team to rapidly increase our turnover during the formative years of Eastpoint.I was heavily involved in all aspects of customer contact including order processing, after-sales, product proposals, quotations and catalogue selection meetings.
