As Head of Strategy, I am responsible for strategic planning, market entry and expansion strategies, capital management, investor relations and Board engagement, financial analysis and reporting, and whatever else is required to grow and expand the business.

Director in Westpac's in-house strategy team, focused across the wealth management, insurance and business banking sectors. Responsible for leading and delivering strategy projects, managing small cross-functional teams, senior executive engagement, Board updates and reporting.

Strategy lead on separation and exit of BT Financial Advice business and consolidation of BT Financial Group into Westpac Consumer and Business Divisions. Responsible for strategy development, executive sponsor and Board engagement, program management support, financial analysis and reporting.

6-month secondment working as Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer of BT Financial Group. Responsible for leadership team coordination, Board reporting and engagement and various strategic initiatives across marketing, digital, bank-wealth distribution, investment governance and operations portfolio.

Completed four 6-month rotations across the MLC (Wealth Management) business: Group Strategy , Advice Services, Insurance Sales Strategy, and Investment Reporting/Policy.
