Together with my colleague, I was commissioned by Wiltshire Learning Trust to design, lead and facilitate the CASPer Programme. This is a robust model of school-to-school challenge and support based around a programme of peer led review involving headteachers and senior leaders. The programme is entering it's second phase in September 2018.
