The world needs more YOU!About Dave Soler: A husband, a father, a veteran, an adventurer, a challenge pursuer, a leader and team motivator, a constant learner always seeking self improvement, a regenerative and sustainable practices warrior, an avid runner, a motorcycle and classic car enthusiast, a musician (self proclaimed) and an eternal optimist. I lead with my heart, and care deeply for people. I have had the opportunity to wear many hats over my 13 years of professional experience, and have grown through every opportunity into the man I am today...and I am far from done. I cut my teeth as an account manager in the music business, I have served as a medic in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, shattered all preconceived limitations as an Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, led Marines in a combat zone and during times of peace, and most recently, led a start-up venture which provided me with a ton of learning opportunities in the small-business world. Why am I being so personal? Because it IS personal. Business is a two way street, if I am not a fit for you, you are probably not a fit for me. I am not a "yes man" or a robot. I can tell you that when I am on your team, you get my 100%, full throttle effort. I may not always have the answer, but I listen to my team and seek feedback from the tactical level to guide decision making and strategy. I am a quick learner, and throughout my military career I have demonstrated my ability to adapt to new, ever changing environments. I do not get stressed easily, and thrive at bringing order to the chaos. I hold myself to the highest standards of performance and integrity. I am motivated by achieving results, and find my flow when leading a team and bringing out the talents in others.
