A listener and problem-solver with experience and proven results in a multitude of disciplines. A positive, “can-do” attitude coupled with an inquisitive approach has led to success in product development, supply chain management and many other areas of business. The combination of a BS in Mechanical Engineering and extensive business and personnel management coupled with a quick grasp of complex situations and a passion to learn and grow has offered me the opportunity to work with some amazing people and produce hundreds of awesome products. I have a strong mechanical design and manufacturing background and been lucky enough to work with some great teams that have introduced multiple US design patents. In the course of negotiating world-wide supply chain solutions and domestic and off-shore vendor contracts, I have had the pleasure of getting to know many excellent people and factories – many of whom I remain in contact with after our business relationship had ended. I am a believer in building lasting and mutually respectful relationships that flourish in the long term. As a proponent of teambuilding and collaboration, I subscribe to the theory that the whole is far greater than the sum of the parts and this is a key factor in creating vibrant and creative teams.
