Hilton Garden Inn, Kankakee, IL Assumed management of 110 room hotel and adjacent 10,000 square foot conference center on October 1of 2011. New owners purchased out of bankruptcy but lost HGI flag in August. Re-established flag in 28 days and formulated action plan for implementing extensive Product Improvement Plan. Hilton Garden Inn, Evanston, Illinois Focused service 185 room hotel averaging 86% annualized occupancy. Included 4500 sq ft of meeting space on the Northwestern University Campus. Restructured F &B staffing models to maximize efficiency and minimize cost.

Hilton Garden Inn, Hoffman Estates, IL Preopening responsibilities during construction of 184 room focused service property. Responsibilities included hiring and training 85 associates. Exceeded 100% market penetration in the fourth full month after opening. Essex Inn, Chicago, IL Repositioned 255 room full service hotel in downtown market following take over in January 1997. Re-negotiated union contracts in three departments and re-trained 165 associates to Sage culture and standards. Reorganized Sales Team creating in-house reservation department. Directly assisted owner with 28 million dollar renovation. Hampton Inn, Syracuse, NY Coordinated ground up million dollar renovation of this 115 room limited service hotel that included FF&E and total tear out/rehab of all bathrooms. Hired permanent General Manager and stayed through transition.Quality Inn, Kalamazoo, MI Took over 102 room distressed property. Reduced receivables by 80%. Developed Night Manager to Assistant General Manager and eventually General Manager. Orchestrated liquidation of asset exceeding targeted revenues by 300%.

At the Campus Inn; assisted ownership with take over of 210 room full service, luxury downtown property on University of Michigan campus. Conducted due diligence, staff evaluation, budget preparations and market repositioning. Coordinated multi million dollar renovation of entire facility to luxury level. Responsible for operation of Campus Inn and Bell Tower Hotel while developing new General Manager for the Bell Tower.At the Bell Tower; supervised 2.5 million dollar renovation in this 66 room distressed property. Repositioned Hotel as quaint European luxury product establishing a reputation for quality and excellence in the community
