It Manager
CurrentResponsible for all staff in the Technical Services team (to 3rd line support) & Applications Support team and for ensuring highest possible client service levels are maintained. Responsibility to deliver all IT services to corporate staff and guests, for all core corporate infrastructure (VMware, Citrix, Windows Server, Network Infrastructure, Exchange, Mitel IP telephony across multiple sites) plus critical business applications. Management of existing processes and procedures to ensure highest possible service and to meet UKME IT business objectives. Work closely with suppliers to ensure delivery of service and manage costs and renewals. Undertake custom IT/AV installations into high value properties. Responsible for ensuring IT are fully supportive of the company’s Business Continuity plans and undertake regular ITSC exercises. Part of the IT management team providing strategic direction for the department. Responsibility for all data warehousing, data integrity and reporting across the business using SSIS, SSAS and SSRS within SharePoint. Represent IT department on UKME Business Standards and Performance Board. Provide leadership and technical guidance to the Service Desk manager and the Service Desk team.
