I have been freelancing in film of late, the most recent project being the editing of a documentary on a Latino health movement called SaludABLE based in Omaha in the U.S. My role was to edit the footage for two distinct purposes: Firstly to create a documentary of the birth of the SaludABLE movement, and secondly to create materials for an American version of the British PSHE schools programme.

In a this role I developed my project management skills through many projects, amongst them the creation of a unique and bespoke quality assurance system for evaluating training and product delivery across the country and internationally. I subsequently developed a system for significantly expanding the department whilst keeping costs frozen, through training and incentivising volunteer recruitment . It was in this role that I also managed the concept design and creative direction of marketing materials and methods, including rebranding, youth engagement and creation of filming collateral. I am also a trained facilitator.
