I have worked in the Civil Engineering industry for most of my life, and in 1992, I co-founded Siteworks Ltd in Auckland, a civil construction company, and have been running its operations for the past 30 years. In 2012 I co-acquired Siteworks Drilling in Hamilton, a directional drilling company, and have been overseeing its operations since then.My particular passion and expertise is in Permeable Concrete and Paving, a sustainable alternative to traditional concrete and asphalt, which has a lower carbon footprint, prevents pollution, and can maximise your building footprint. I have completed the Permeable Concrete Installation Certification in the USA, and have worked with a number of leading installers in the US and Australia. In 2007, Siteworks were the first approved contractor to install permeable concrete in New Zealand, and we have been at the forefront of permeable concrete development since then. In 2015, we (Siteworks) were presented with the “MOST INNOVATIVE” award for the Stillwater Pervious Concrete Parking Bay project by New Zealand Master Concrete Placers Association (MCPA).
